Here’s to NOT Knowing You

It’s easy to fall in love with someone when they are still a mystery.  It’s hard to stay in love with them once we start to define them.  Here’s to NOT knowing you!!!

I AM One Awareness

“. . . there is One Awareness, dreaming itself to be everyone and everything, meeting itself in all of its various forms,” (Tim Freke).   I AM this One Awareness and I am one of its various forms.  I AM pleased to meet me.

You Are the Master of Your Own Life

There is only ONE being that exists and YOU ARE IT.  You are the only Source of your abundance.  When you take responsibility for everything that shows up for you, you become the Master of your life.  When you become aware of the Source that you are, you realize and embody your deepest desires.  Then you naturally attract everything you want in this life and you become your most magnificent self.

Why Does the Extraordinary Happen Less Often Than the Ordinary?

In the past, when thinking about the Law of Attraction, I have thought of contrast as being shadow, the difficult times that wake us up and push us into change.  But, now I realize that I was forgetting the other side of what contrast is, the light.  In my meditation time, as I sit outside in warm (almost hot) piercingly bright sunlight, with a gigantic dark thundercloud whirling overhead, I see how beautiful that contrast is.

How could I be so fully in the light and the shadow at the same time?  And yet, I AM.  Sunlight is beautiful.  Thunder clouds are beautiful.  But experienceing both so intensely at once is magical, almost unbelievable.  My appreciation in this moment of having both is far beyond what it would be with either/or.  That is the beauty of contrast.  It takes us beyond the usual and the ordinary to the extraordinary.

Yes, it seems like the extraordinary happens far less often than the ordinary.  Why is that?  Could it all depend upon our perception in the moment or on our human habit of only perceiving one end of the extreme or the other rather than both at once?

Today I look for the breathtakingly beautiful contrast at both ends of the spectrum, that EVERY moment will be extraordinarily beyond what I’ve seen before.  From the full equation of all that contrast is from one end to the other, the new is born, the fresh, the unknown, the mystery, the more, the extraordinary.

Life is Supposed to Be Fun!

Life is supposed to be fun. If I’m not having fun, I’m not fully connecting to Source. If you do nothing else in this life, play, be passionate and expressive, enjoy every moment that you can, be in love, HAVE FUN!! Joy and fun, wild and free, passionate love equals thriving abundance!!

Who decides what’s real?

In the past, there has been a part of me that fears that someone will figure out that I’m a fraud.  That I’m not a real musician because I have no training.  That I’m not a real chef because I didn’t go to Culinary Art Schools.  That I’m not a real Life Coach because I have no certification.  That I’m not a real artist because I paint from my photography.

But who decides what’s real?  Do I feel like a real artist when I’m singing?  YES!!  I feel it so deep within my heart that it swells with emotion.  Do I feel like a real artist when I’m cooking?  YES!!  I feel deliciously excited and passionate.  Do I feel like I’m a real artist when I life coaching?  YES!!  I feel that Divine Wisdom & Inspiration flowing through me like a masterpiece.  Do I feel like a real artist when I’m taking photos and painting them into my own expression?  YES!! YES!! YES!!  I feel like I see and express things in a way that only I can.  I feel my love and unique expression pouring out onto the canvas.  I feel joy!

Authenticity comes from a place of alignment with who I really am.  Everything that I do and create is authentic when it is created from alignment.  Art starts within as an urge from Source to create and everything we create is art.  It is especially amazing art when we pour our natural love into it.  And I look at what I created and say, “Look at THAT!  That is pure love.  How could it not be authentic?”

I Am the creator of everything that shows up in my life and everything that I see I created from love.  As I look at the sun’s rays shooting through the clouds, like beams of pure blessing, injecting themselves directly into that which they shine upon, I realize that I created that.  That is authenticity at it’s best and I am the artist of it, that Divine Genius who creates miracles.  I am surrounded by an ever-changing painting of miracles and expressions.

The finished painting is never the real art.  The love that poured out of me in the making of it is the REAL art.  And that’s what makes me a True Artist in all that I do.
